The picture of the Galianno family is actually taken from the godfather movie, a closeup reveals that Frankie Galianno is actually Marlon Brando in the original film photograph. A small nod to Copala. Influences include Year One, Miller and Mazzuchelli.

This panel sequence illustrates the infamous Lister Block building located on James St. North, Hamilton, Ontario.  This building has a bizarre history of tenants and owners but now it sits abandoned and plays host to crack addicts and squatters.
